Lui , c'est le chanteur du groupe. Il est né au Liban , Beyrouth , le 21 aout 1967.Il a frequanté la meme ecole que Shavo Odadjian et Daron Malakian à des epoques differentes.

Le guitariste de system of a down.Né à Holywood. Il avait tout, à l'âge de 15 ans, pour finir dans un gang.Mais sa passion pour la musique a pris le dessus , heureusement!
